Background
Backstage at a charity stream, our gaming cam started drifting a full second behind overlays. I rerouted to a backup webcam, hot-patched scene transitions, and matched exposure across conferencing and OBS with a macro. The show landed on time, and I turned that scramble into a repeatable readiness checklist.
